Robert Gemmell is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS), a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb & Chartered Arbitrator), has a postgraduate diploma in Arbitration (DipArb), and in Law (DipLaw), and a Master’s degree in Construction Law (LLM).
